owners in better understanding financial management techniques focused on organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In
1991 Mr. Shaw focused his attention on the development of a national full service consulting firm in Atlanta driving that
organization to succeed as a industry niche leader in staffing effectiveness through his passion, saavy and leadership to
formulate and cultivate industry improvement in performance management metrics and implementation action.
With the beginning of the 21st Century MSG rededicated itself to a more open strategic enterprise approach
to focus on industry issues that hinder management effectiveness in becoming high performance organizations.
MSG partnering with IT Resouces Corp recognized the high level of importance that Human Capital Management
has within the enterprise. The "right people in the right enterprise at the right moment in time" has far reaching impacts
on how management and technology work for performance improvement and corporate governance.
