Mr. Gordon Shaw started Managment Solutions Group in the late 1980's with the vision and mission to assist
small to medium size entreprenuial owners in understanding financial management focused on efficiency and effectiveness
metrics.
In 1991 Mr. Shaw joined in the development of a national full service consulting firm driving that
organization to succeed as a industry niche leader in staffing effectiveness through his passion, saavy and leadership. In
this time he quickly recognized the shift in Financial Growth and formulated industry improvement in performance
management metrics and implementation action, making this enterprise expand internationally
With the beginning of the 21st Century MSG rededicated itself to a more open strategic enterprise approach
to focus on industry issues that hinder management effectiveness in becoming high performance organizations.
Mr. Shaw entered the Private and Public Finance Sector in the Housing Industry, where modled his vision into
practical performance and high performance results, with the advent of MicroFinance advancement with the United States Treasury
Community Development Finance Organizations, along with local governments with the Federal Reserve Bank's San Francisco sponsored
Association of ReInvestement Corporations on Housing (ARCH)
